Frequently asked questions

Is what i share confidential?

Absolutely! Your confidentiality is of utmost importance. While our sessions are entirely confidential, there are specific circumstances, such as immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse of a child, dependent adult, or elder, or legal subpoenas, where confidentiality may need to be breached. We'll discuss this further during our initial session to address any additional questions or concerns you may have.

How often do we meet?

To start, we'll meet weekly to build momentum and establish a strong foundation. As you progress towards your goals and experience success, we can then consider transitioning to a less frequent schedule, providing more space for you to integrate and apply what you've learned.

Do you accept insurnace?

I am not affiliated with any insurance plans and am considered an out-of-network provider. However, I can provide you with a receipt, known as a superbill, which you may be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please note that this option is typically available only for PPO plans and after you have met your deductible.

What if I can’t aford your rate?

Please don't let my standard rate deter you from reaching out. I've found that in many cases, we can work together to find a payment arrangement that is acceptable to both parties. Even if we're unable to find a suitable arrangement, I can refer you to other therapists who may be able to accommodate your financial needs.

wHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLicy?

My cancellation policy requires a 48-hour notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please feel free to do so by sending me a text or email in advance.
