Many people have never learned how to process or express their feelings in a healthy way. You may find yourself stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you, unsure of how to change them. In our work together, we will gently untangle these patterns, helping you develop new ways of thinking, coping, and connecting—with yourself and others.
I take an individualized approach to therapy, tailoring our sessions to what you need most. Whether you need support through a difficult time or want to do deeper inner work, we will go at your pace, always with kindness and understanding.
What to expect
Free 15-Minute Consultation – A chance for us to connect, talk about what you’re looking for in therapy, and see if we’re a good fit. You can ask any questions you have, and I’ll share how I work so you can decide if it feels right for you.
First Session – We will go over what therapy looks like, what you hope to get out of it, and I’ll give you space to share your current challenges. This is the first step in building a roadmap for our work together.
Ongoing Therapy – First, we will identify the key issues you want to work on and set clear goals. From there, we will explore emotions, thought patterns, and past experiences that may be shaping your present. Together, we will work toward healing, clarity, and growth—all at a pace that feels right for you.
