You won’t have to worry about one person being dismissed or feeling like the “problem.” I make sure both of you have the opportunity to express your thoughts and emotions in a way that leads to real understanding, not just more frustration.

Together, we will break down communication and conflict to pinpoint exactly where misunderstandings happen and where you lose each other. We’ll focus on learning how to truly hear and understand each other’s emotional needs, so both of you feel seen and supported. You’ll also explore the emotions underneath anger and frustration, because most conflicts aren’t just about the surface issue—there’s usually hurt beneath them. And through it all, we will work with kindness, because at the core, both of you just want to be understood.

Most people never learn how to communicate in a healthy way with their partner, simply because they didn’t grow up seeing it modeled. That’s where couples therapy comes in. I’ll help you develop new ways of relating to each other so you feel more connected, less reactive, and truly on the same team.

What to expect

Free 15-Minute Consultation – We’ll chat about your concerns and goals to see if we’re a good fit.
First Session – I’ll create a space where both of you feel safe and heard, and each partner will have the opportunity to share their perspective on how you got to this point in your relationship. This session lays the foundation for fairness, understanding, and a productive journey forward.
Ongoing Therapy – We’ll begin by identifying the core issues in your relationship and setting clear goals for what you want to achieve in therapy. From there, we’ll work through guided conversations and practical exercises to help you reconnect, communicate more effectively, and support each other in a healthy way.
