Hi, I’m Naomi Lutz
Born and raised in Germany, my curiosity about different cultures deepened when I moved to the U.S. My passion for connecting with people inspired me to study psychology in college, where I truly fell in love with the field. Since then, I’ve embarked on a journey of self-discovery, guiding and supporting the incredible individuals I work with as they navigate their own paths.
We’re all just trying to navigate life as best we can, right? And having someone to share that journey with can make all the difference. My Approach
My therapeutic approach is rooted in kindness. Yes, I will be kind to you but more importantly, I will remind you to be kind to yourself. Often, we are our own harshest critics, unaware of the impact this self-criticism can have on our well-being.
You might wonder how being kind to yourself can lead to change. I will help you gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and how they influence your behavior, often unintentionally. Together, we will approach these aspects of yourself with curiosity and empathy, fostering a space where change can naturally occur.
Additionally, we will explore your past to gain insights into your present, weaving together your thoughts and experiences to make sense of your story. With a clearer understanding of yourself, your inner workings, and your history, I am excited to see where your journey will take you.
